By downloading or using Project Gym ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Use of the App
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Project Gym. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Permitted Use
Project Gym is provided for your personal, non-commercial use as a workout tracking tool. You may not use the App to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's operation
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Health Disclaimer
Project Gym is a logging tool, not a medical or fitness professional. The data and features in the App are for informational and tracking purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before beginning any exercise programme.
We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome arising from your use of the App.
Your Content
You own all workout data, photos, and other content you create in Project Gym. By storing content in the App, you grant us a limited licence to host and transmit it solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You may delete all your content and your account at any time from within the App.
Availability & Changes
We strive to keep Project Gym available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App — including the design, code, trademarks, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our intellectual property beyond using the App as intended.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Gym and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
